The Agile Educator: A different thinking approach to teaching and learning
Recently, while working with a group of students to introduce the basic concepts of agile project management, I had a big idea. I thought about ways that some of the agile project management strategies could be used to engage students in a variety of active learning experiences using group activities, technology and different learning activities. So, like always, I created a table of contents for the idea and then set it aside for 8 months.
Then, while working with openai and ChatGPT, I started playing with this concept in form of collecting my ideas into a book format culminating in The Agile Educator. I hope you will consider reading this mashup idea to see if this concept has real potential to engage students in new and different learning experiences while also introducing an important job skill, agile project management.
